Our Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are never personal, they are crucial to help us cover a fraction of the cost in loss income, overheads, wages and time that is put aside for your appointment.
 
We kindly ask that all clients provide 24-hour notice if you are unable to make your appointment. If you are unable to reschedule before the 24-hour grace period, a $50 non-refundable charge will be required to rebook.
 
Clients with a last-minute cancellation history of 3 or more appointments will not be re-booked for future appointments.
